Optical Subassemblies

Optical subassemblies bridge the gap between individual components and fully integrated optical systems.

Astravon provides precision assembly of lenses, mirrors, filters, beamsplitters, and other optical elements into functional optical subassemblies, delivering stable alignment, repeatable performance, and well-defined mechanical interfaces for seamless integration into high-performance optical systems and instruments

Product Line Cards

1. Lens Groups (Doublets / Triplets)
Multi-element lens assemblies precisely assembled with controlled optical spacing and alignment, designed for integration into larger optical systems and instruments.

2. Beamsplitter Units
Beamsplitters integrated into precision mechanical mounts, providing stable optical beam separation or combination applications.

3. Dome & Window Subassemblies
Optical domes and windows assembled with mechanical mounting interfaces, designed for environmental protection and optical transmission.

4. Mounted Mirror
Optical mirror elements integrated into mechanical mounts for stable positioning within optical systems.

5. Filter Stack & Holder Assemblies (Available on request)
Multiple optical filters assembled into fixed stacks or holders, custom-configured to meet specific spectral and system-level requirements.

6. Passive Pre-Aligned Optical Units
Optical subassemblies delivered with fixed internal alignment established during assembly, providing repeatable positioning without active adjustment mechanisms.
